SatMENA offers 24/7 first level customer support through a team of highly skilled and trained engineer who are able to assist the customer over the phone to run the required diagnostics, perform troubleshooting and solve the problem to the customer’s satisfaction. For cases that require a higher level of investigation and customized setup, the cases are escalated to the NOC team.

In cases where an on-site intervention is required, a team of trained technicians is dispatched and works with our in-office customer support engineers to discover and rectify the problem at the fastest possible time. Problem resolution time depends on the SLA level required by the customer.
